As you plan your end of year giving, please consider a gift to the Friends of the Angel, Maple Grove<\/a>.\u00a0Donations of any amount are welcomed and are tax deductible. The Angel of Hope provides a peaceful place of hope and comfort to so many grieving families. The Angel of Hope park renovation will help with our mission of providing events to bring more grieving families together. The larger gathering space is so needed for our events and also provides more opportunities for remembrance brick sponsorships. Your donation will help us to provide the \u201cextras\u201d that the City of Maple Grove were not able to provide. Here are the ways you can contribute:\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

Just before Christmas at the last City of Maple Grove’s Park and Rec board meeting, the Friends of the Angel presented a $10,000 check toward the Angel of Hope Garden renovation project.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Friends of the Angel has committed to raising $75,000 toward the total cost for the beautiful renovation. To date, we have been able to contribute a total of $15,000 in 2017 (additional $5,000 was given at our annual Walk to Remember in May). Thanks to all of you who have already generously donated to this wonderful project. A special thanks goes out to the City of Maple Grove for embracing this project to help grieving families be able to remember their loved ones in a beautiful space full of hope. We still have a long way to go, there are many forms of sponsorship available<\/a> if you are still planning your year end contributions. Sponsorship of benches, special angel lights, the arbor, and a water feature are still available. You can find more information on our website Friendsoftheangel.org<\/a>\u00a0or you can communicate through our Facebook page.<\/a>\u00a0The Friends of the Angel hope you and your family are able to find some peace during this time of year as it is such a hard time without our loved ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please consider how you can help.\u00a0\u00a0Any gift given toward the renovation not only supports our mission of helping grieving families, but also can be given as a gift of remembering loved ones no longer with us.<\/p>\n
