It is with heavy hearts that due to circumstances concerning COVID-19, this year\u2019s Walk to Remember 2020 has been canceled.<\/p>\n

In lieu of the Walk, we will be hosting a Virtual Remembrance Ceremony. This short ceremony will be hosted by 1-2 members of our committee at the Angel of Hope Garden on May 2nd, 2020<\/strong> starting at 10:00 a.m.<\/strong> The event will be entirely virtual and streamed via Facebook Live<\/strong> on our Facebook page<\/a>. We do NOT encourage people to come to the Angel during this time, but rather watch it from their homes on Facebook Live. After the ceremony, the video will be our on social media as well as our website to be viewed at any time.<\/p>\n

We are offering you the opportunity to submit the name of your loved one(s) to be read by members of our committee during this ceremony. Please visit our Google Forms page<\/a> to submit your name(s). The deadline for this will be April 30th at 11:59 pm.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, we are encouraging people to walk in their respective neighborhoods<\/strong> on May 2nd in memory of their loved ones. Please feel free to share photos or videos to our Facebook page<\/a> with the hashtags #angelofhopemg<\/strong> and #virtualdayofremembrance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
